I don’t think that’s a good idea. Many people register after lurking a lot just to ask a question, and that’d lock all those people out. I just don’t think it’s worth it.
Plus it’s easier to get rid of topics than specific posts…
You can’t blame them. The topic made zero sense even in its original context before it got split from the original topic.
