Ludum Dare 28: "You Only Get One"

Neither, unless we’re talking about using potatoes as projectiles.

Birds are okay, as long as they don’t poop on you.

EDIT: Four hours left.

Whoo, game is done! Now to clean it up, make Jars using JarSplice, and maybe even try applets!

Sadly I was too lazyte to enter. :frowning:
@HeroesGraveDev Chips/fries/whateveryouwanttocallthem nicking a seagull? That’s a first. :wink:

Final Boss Scene and Epilogue are done.

I’ll try and get some background music done, but it is pretty much ready.

Check my game out! ;D

For those of you that dont have the time here is my description :

Unifla`gel´late
(Biol.) Having but one flagellum; as, uniflagellate organisms.

One cell
One flagellum
One life

You, the single-celled hero, must fight other organisms in an effort to survive. Fight against wave after wave of increasing difficult of enemy, with only a upgrade shop to support you. Death is inevitable. How long can you survive?

Done!

I get how to leave a comment but… How do I rate an game? ???

Ratings aren’t open yet.

Dude you game made me laugh sooooo hard! hahahahaha
That was a masterpeice

that’s aweosme  really loved the chracter movements and stuff

Thanks.

This was definitely my best Ludum Dare yet.

Damn, stupid TinySound is just not working out… I’ve spent 5 hours trying to make it access files in my exported Jar, and it just refuses to work… Doesn’t help that I don’t have a lot of experience with file IO :frowning: Any suggestions on ways to play WAV/OGG files and then be able to export them easily? :stuck_out_tongue: My game really doesn’t work as well without the music…

Edit: Never mind, I’m going to switch over to OpenAL tomorrow morning before school, shouldn’t take that long, and I can use InputStreams to load the files whereas TinySound couldn’t! Awesome

Yaaaay. I submitted my entry page one minute before the time for the jam competition was up (didn’t know about the submission hour). Here’s what I got: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-28/?action=preview&uid=7738
