I knew this would invoke some conversation on a Java forum.
Iced coffee is my favorite, I’ve never understood the absolute need to burn your mouth on hot coffee. I bet it if its cold, but during the summer, just why? Plus, you can put whip cream and cookies on iced coffee! I’m looking at you, mocha cookie crumble from Starbucks

Drinking something hot heats up Your body inside, making the body step up the cooling process.
Unfortunately, doesn’t work the other way. If You are cold and having a cold drink, that won’t do, because the body already can’t keep up with the heating. Here the better solution, once more, is a hot drink.
