Hey everyone, I recently saw a game called FlappyBirds and I decided to make a game similar to it, I called it “Dragon Run”

This differs to FlappyBirds in that you can hold the screen down to keep flying up, and difficulty ramps up every time you pass an obstacle (Up to 100 times) and from what my friends have told me it plays much harder than that game.

Edit: Yes, I also took that challenge upon myself. It took about 2 hours (just downloaded art assets) to code a near replica of flappy birds.

Most apps on the Apple store are clone, remakes, or rip-offs of other apps. It’s ridiculous, and then there are stories of people who can’t get original apps on the store because of some stupid reason.

Candy Crush Saga is also not an original game. I have read an article about King.com copying games almost 1:1 and there is a game from (I think) 2007, which is almost looking 100% similar to Candy Crush Saga. And it’s not only Candy Crush Saga…
(I searched for the article the last 10 minutes or so… I should really start to make bookmars…)

Jesus Christ i just read that article, what a bunch of dicks. Just shows money changes you. I bet they never ever thought about doing things like that before they started racking in the cash.

Copyrighting the word candy? That is just shite, they have made half a billion dollars with candy crush, who cares if someone clones it, it’s just bewjeled with some shiny graphics.
