so its a bit weird but the thing that pisses me off the most are dicks who are just intentionally trying to be dicks. For instance I was on an RP server on ss13 , someone who was supposed to be roleplaying decides to break most rules and then gets off scot free. he was literally being a russian dick. on the more IRL side of things I do just see people and hate them from looking at them.
You have every right to dislike someone based on their actions such as trolls on game servers. And everyone does so at first i thought this was one of those completely pointless threads.
Then i saw this:
" I do just see people and hate them from looking at them."
grow up and stop judging people, everyone has a story and everyone knows something you don’t. Keep that in mind. Stop being a bigot
Trolls can be entertaining, and sometimes even necessary to make us stop and rethink about ourselves and our positions. (did happen to me several times)
Most of the time though, they should just be ignored without much thought or hatred, I like it when the internet is free (as in free speech) for everyone, even those we don’t agree with.
But seriously; yeah sometimes people irk me, usually it’s forum-go’ers though on the various communities I’m a part of, when it’s someone being totally thick headed or a complete arse-hat. I love a good debate about hard topics (See: http://www.java-gaming.org/topics/missing-title/33234/view.html ). Even when they get heated it’s still great intellectual development.
The guy who Riven eventually banned is the person I am talking about of course. That’s what I think gets under my skin the most, a fun debate turned total sour by a random idiot.
I’m a jerk. And sometimes I’m purposefully a jerk. The reason is that poking at others assumptions and being annoying is actually quite effective at getting them to re-example their own believes…assuming they have the ability to do so.
Well actually its human nature , im sure there are people in your life who when you just meet for the first time you go I hate them , you do not know why but you just have a compulsion to dislike.
"Like that Rayvolution guy! Ugh!

That was a funny post , I looked at his game and it looked like a nightmare of fog a large paint size graphics, he even was going to do all of the ludum dares… why?
Yes I do. Despising people is easy, especially if you don’t understand them.
It becomes harder, though, as I grow older. Once I understand more of someone, it becomes harder to despise him or her. Becoming a father multiplies this effect. So over time there is less and less despising people in my life. Which is a very good thing.
Despising people is easy. Too easy. It feeds on the same stuff as trolling. For me, despising and trolling is not much different, I try to avoid doing both.
I don’t want to waste any resources in despising somebody even though I admit that I frequently discover some people who are increasingly nasty, vicious and wicked with me. There are those who insult me in the street because I’m ginger. There are those who insult me in the street for an unknown reason. There are those who try to annoy me during my intimate dinners (for two) because they can’t bear that a woman can find me physically attractive. There are those who treat me like an object or at least as a citizen with no right. I was, I am and I will ever be a free citizen. I will never give up defending my rights, my freedom of thought, my freedom of speech, my privacy, my right of personal portrayal, my rights as an author, … I will never stop considering myself as a human being. I’m sad to see so much discrimination in our society and some people seem to take pleasure in hurting others.
They are useful because they can maybe help steer the direction of the types of posts in this forum: maybe next time OP wants to talk about being prejudiced, he’ll remember that other people expressed a disinterest in this kind of post, and post about something interesting instead.
But for the sake of going down the rabbit hole: I fail to see how posts discussing the uselessness of posts discussing the usefulness of other posts are useful.
