Even with hardware acceleration it would increase cpu usage by big margin.
The website and forums have been completely re-done!
I had to manually port over a bunch of stuff, and redo how logging in and registering worked, and tie my old DB with MyBB’s forum DB.
It was tedious and annoying work but it’s all done now.

Your website looks nice and clean. Your game LOOKS a lot of fun too. Sadly enough there aren’t any games up, atm.
I also would suggest a server setup page where you can choose max players, etc… and most important choose the port the server should use .
A little bit of curiosity: what future plans do you have for this game and are you working on this project all alone (that’s how it sounds)?

Well, there’s match making playlists, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4.
Choosing which port the server should use will be coming very soon for sure.
My future plans for this game are a bit scattered now that I have it in a good position. I had a direction for the game but it’s now sort of changing the more I develop, and the more things change the more my direction for it changes. I’m just releasing updates very frequently, and where the game goes from there will be dependant on how I’m feeling, and what the players want to see.

Patcher has been updated now to automatically update the game and install the new patch. This makes it a lot less annoying to receive new patches, and means I can put out smaller patches and hotfixes way more often whenever they are needed.
If there is no update, it will automatically take you to the next menu, instead of having to click “Okay” to acknowledge there was no patch.
Added an online user count to the Multiplayer Menus so you can see how many people are currently online. This shows all players online, in a game or not.
Added a “/capframes” command. Simply type “/capframes” in the chat, and if your frame rate cap is ON, it will turn it OFF, and vice versa.
Clerics ult now removes after 12 seconds but is still toggeable.

Added particle effect to Archers ultimate so you can now tell when the ability ends.
“/capframes” now saves the setting in “bitsiege.properties” so you don’t have to type it everytime.
Frame rate cap now makes sure FPS doesn’t drop below 60, on some machines uncapped frame rate was high (as it should be), but when the frame cap was turned on to save resources, the FPS would hang around 40-45, causing some noticeable choppiness sometimes.
Points needed to win in 1v1’s and 2v2’s has been lowered.
Added visual point display inside of each teams progress bars at the bottom of the screen.

Spell 1 - Void Shift: Shift into the void becoming invisible to all enemies for 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.
Spell 2 - Void Pull: Launches a projectile that pulls you to the first enemy hit. This ability can go through all walls and obstacles.
Cooldown: 7 seconds.
Spell 3 - Void Scream: Does 90 damage over 6 seconds in a small radius around the player.
Cooldown: 14 seconds.
Spell 4 - Void Portal: Sucks all enemies in a radius into the center of the portal. Once they reach the center they are stunned for 3 seconds and damaged for 15 damage. Lasts for 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Knights Helmet art changed.
Knights HP increased from 450 to 500.
Knights shield stun lowered to 2 seconds from 3.
Knights auto attack speed has been lowered slighty.
Knights auto attack damage has been lowered to 8 from 10.
Clerics ult has been reworked:
Holy Might: Revives all dead allies instantly and restores all alive allies health by 40.
Cooldown: 75 seconds.
Clerics Holy Restore now lasts only 6 seconds from 10.
Clerics Holy Restore cooldown increased to 18 seconds from 16.
Auto Portforwarding is now built right into BitSiege.jar. You will also now be notified right away if the auto portforward failed, so that you can take the proper steps to port forward if you wish to host games.
There is now a class select screen instead of just the plain old nasty looking boring buttons.
HUD now shows little bars on the left side of the screen that show allies class portrait as well as their health.
Fixed a bug where if the game was extremely close, and you won as the other team reaches 100% progress, you would both win and lose.

yeh funny illusionist can’t swap with clone when holding a crystal?
No because it’s a bit to over powered that way. She can lay down a clone at a Crystal Holder, then walk across the map and grab the crystal and swap back instantly. I may change it though so she can swap to a clone within a certain range when holding the crystal, and infinite range when shes not holding it, like it is now.
Having much trouble with the controls (as a very active league player haha :D) and wondering how it is possible to win as illusionist or mage when the enemy gets the first crystal cause it takes forever to destroy (might just be a 1v1 thing)
It is kind of annoying that you can’t throw stuff diagonally.
The illusionist and warlock are very weak crystal killers. In a 1v1 situation, if you aren’t able to capture the crystal first, you must ignore the next spawning crystal, and go over and kill the enemies captured crystal. It will take a bit to destroy as a warlock or illusionist, but they are player killing classes that focus specifically on taking other people out, so you should be able to kill the defender and destroy the crystal.
The controls take some getting used to, but once you get used to them you will enjoy them (hopefully), because from what I’ve been told and feedback wise, everyone says the controls took a bit getting used to, but they are perfect once you get used to the flow of the game etc.
This will never be a thing based on the fact it would change the entire flow of how I want the game to be.
It’s meant to be a fast paced twitchy turn and aim at the right time type of game flow.

Respawn timer increased to 20 seconds from 10.
Healing orbs added!
There are 4 small HP orbs at the top and bottom of each side of the map, they heal 25 HP upon pickup.
There is 1 big HP orb at the top-middle of the map that heals 50 HP upon pickup.
Each time a player dies (ally or enemy), a big healing orb is dropped that heals 75 HP upon pickup.
Illusionist clones now do 50 damage from 40.
Illusionist ultimate clones now do 35 damage each from 20.

Fullscreen mode has been added!
In game Escape Options Menu added! (Edit Settings here such as fullscreen mode).
Few things:
-Add “All” option to “Find Game”. There are almost no players online most of the time, and if there are, you need to click through each mode to check if this is the one they are sitting in.
-Add a option to play against bots.
-Upgrade your graphics. It’s the reason why most friends don’t want to play your game (so i can’t play either :c).
-Make a native launcher. My friend’s first comment was “how do i run this”. He can’t double click it (stupid windows starts to unzip it), so i needed to guide him through the dark path of the cmd.
PS: He couldn’t launch it and got angry. Ended up playing LoL :c
