Zove Games is looking for volunteer programmers...

Sorry about the other post, which was written by my friend, and it kind of failed. Zove is looking for VOLUNTEER programmers (sorry, we can’t pay you… :-\ ) We have updated our site, http://zovegames.co.cc. If you are interested, please reply…

guys, come on
your page…
it’s horrible =(

only worse page I have seen is tberthel’s page =>

Eye bleeding!

Notes:
Do not use a textured background for your text. If the primary colours in the texture differ too much, and then you put a third colour on top (In the form of text) it really ends up hurting the eyes and being difficult to read. The White, red and Green are fine, because they’re in different sizes (larger) or on different backgrounds (darker).

Check your style. On my screen, your front page has a lot of uneveness to it. Your Logo is left aligned, while most of the rest of it seems to be center aligned. The ‘Site Info’ box is not stretched to fill the same space as the ‘news’ section is, so it looks off.

Wowsers. Get a volunteer web designer. Gamers do care about aesthetics.

But anyway, why would someone work for your company for free and not, say, hop on some random project on sourceforge or github instead?

Maybe you shouldn’t color the links red, maybe you shouldn’t use the default colors or (RGB) 0/0/255, maybe you shouldn’t have clutters of 1s and 0s in the background, maybe you should use a bit duller colors, maybe NOT have the scrollbars in the blog window.

Your overall design is horrible, did you use a program for making easy websites with some sort of toolbox and just tried to use every tool?
