Yippieeee! Got my new Graphic card!

I’ve just installed the new graphics card (ASUS NVIDIA EN 210 SILENT 1 GB DDR3). Here’s it.

Getting a new GPU is always a great feeling. It’s almost as though you’ve moved up the socio-economic ladder.

I still have an outdated graphics card, I don’t want to move up the socio-economic ladder and I feel good ;D

Cool! Reminds me how oudated my integrated intel cards are. :frowning:

Yeah ^ me too, and I can’t do anything about it :’(

So, I guess this begs the question: What graphics card(s) is everyone developing their games on?

Overclocked GTX 580 chiming in! Mwahahaha \o/

I built my comp with a HD 4670 (old I know), but I want to upgrade sometime soon.

Sounds expensive. :stuck_out_tongue: Also quite fast 8)

That baby was $400. My prized possession. Although with BF4 coming in October…thinking about upgrading ;D

Oh, I see an Asus ;D

#1 Asus fan-boy right here

Nvidia 690 GTX from EVGA in my rig. Should last me for quite a while yet – I havent even bothered enabling SLI on it, so in a show of overkill the other GPU gets dedicated to PhysX. PC is custom-built from Puget Systems with lots of foam damping the acoustics, so it’s absolutely whisper quiet, I literally cannot tell if it’s on unless I see the monitor or the power light.

I actually don’t like absolute quiet. I completely love the low hum my desktop’s fans make, especially when I sleep.

I have an actual fan for that. And it has the added benefit of circulating cool air around the room.

I develop using a Nvidia GT 430 and alternately a Radeon 3450M.

Congrats on the new card!

Nope, #2. You are talking to #1.

AMD Radeon HD6600m and HD6500m as part of the APU.

AMD Radeon HD 6630M

AMD Radeon HD7770(not m)

MSI R7870 Hawk (which is a Radeon HD 7870)

That would be that one:

Yes, it uses 3 slots and yes, it has 5 fans… ;D
