There isn’t forum for artwork which is programmers biggest bane.
Not at all spam. I personally find it useful to hear about new resources that are available. The more the merrier.
If Virum started replying to every post with “Try looking here for that answer!”, that would be spam. This, however, is a simple announcement. If it goes much further than that, complain then!
