Windows Programmer needed in Toronto

Our company is looking for a Windows programmer to develop and support Remote Access Software Applications. This is a full time, permanent position in Toronto area, Canada.

Skills:

Strong Visual C++/Java development in Windows environment, OO programming, multi-threading and TCP/IP skills, capable of implementing a design on schedule with high quality.
Experience with client/server, web based and/or object oriented software design.
Good communications skills, both written and oral.
Ability to meet deadlines, to achieve and maintain expected productivity levels.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work with a team, with limited supervision.
Ability and willingness to learn quickly.

Did you try the newspaper? Web forums are wonderful because they can attract people from all over the world. Looking for a local candidate here is like the proverbial needle in a haystack.

Note that I’m not opposed to job postings of any kind, but it does seem somewhat unlikely that you’ll find a C/C++ web programmer who’s local, on a forum about Java, games, and the entire world around us. ;D :stuck_out_tongue:
