Does Xith 3D have a Wiki? It seems to me like a lot of the posts here could be converted into Wiki documentation.

Well, http://xith.org uses the Joomla! CMS, which permits (besides a ton of things) to manage users rights better than a Wiki.
It would be very cool if you want to write (cut&paset&adapt) some more doc in the website, just register I’ll give you Publisher access.
But i’m working on an essay called “Xith3D In a Nutshell” that has as a goal to be very complete, yet simple. (It’s not complete at all but there are constant additions to make).
Take a look also at the HOWTOs at xith.org If there are howto for everything it would be really easy for users to know about new/unknown features and use them easily.
I’d be happy to help if you give me publisher access. I registered a new account on the site yesterday.
I don’t know, if it’s freely available. But the Wiki for ubuntu is very very good: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/
