Where are you from?

Denmark.

I’m looking at the beginnings of a snowstorm.

Oh wow, I thought that was kind of a myth

Clear skies here. It’s -14 degrees C though…

You forget the ~4 hours of daylight we have.

have you ever seen something whiter than snow? snow is the whitest for me… the most perfect white in the nature. No yellow / green / red / blue / whatever tone…
are we white balanced by snow? I mean… our eyes? :OOO

You’ve never seen yellow snow?

Oooooh, yummy!

i’m from Italy - 34 years

but in this moment i’m in Beirut for work, last week instead I was in Saudy Arabia and the was a sand storm and all the sky was dark yellow like this emoticons :o

Tastes like walnut

Australia.

I live in France, I’m extremely close to Paris.

Oakland, spend probably more than half my time with my gf in San Francisco.

it si true that street in San Francisco go up and down like hell? ???
this is what i understood watching movies ;D

Hey I’m close to Paris too; and Versailles… Kentucky, USA. LOL and yes, I know we say it wrong! ;D Actually I’m in Lexington… and it’s been raining FOREVER!

Oakland?
…whenever I turn on the local news I always hear about someone being stabbed/shot in that area :persecutioncomplex:

Parts of it. Driving a stick shift up Russian Hill is not terribly fun when someone pulls behind you (not a problem for me since I hardly ever drive). That’s the hill that has the sidewalk with steps in it as well as Lombard Street. Telegraph Hill is the one you see in all those 70’s shows like Streets of San Francisco where they have the car chases down the hills with all the flat crossings. Notice they never chase someone up the hill…

Most of it is fairly flat tho, including downtown where I work. I have a much steeper walk up to my place in Oakland.

Oakland’s not so bad, you just have to watch out for the east side. And the west too. And the north and south too. And the middle part. :stuck_out_tongue:

(but really it’s mostly east Oakland that’s a war zone. I’ll take my neighborhood over Bayview or Hunters Point in SF any day)

I live in Poland. We`ve got a lot of snow here

WhiteSands National Park, New Mexico. (didn’t realize the image was so massive lol)

Aww yeah, lived in New Mexico for four years, went to White Sands a few times. At night with a full moon that place is just so damn eerie.

By eerie, you mean awesome right?
