There’s too many sites 
I usually just search for the feature I wanna do, like “OpenGL shader” or “OpenGL texture” and some tutorial comes up that gives me the exact details on how to do it. Also the website http://www.opengl.org/ has the documentation and forums which you can use.
I really liked Lighthouse’s tutorials when I was just starting out. The descriptions were much clearer than what I’d read on Nehe (also the page style was cleaner).
