I’m about to finish up a game I’ve written, and other than fullscreen, I don’t need any permissions, is there a way yet to ask just for fullscreen or do I have to ask for all? I also change the display mode too, so it’s a little more than just going full screen.
If I can’t ask for just the permission I need, I’ll probably setup a seperate link for all or nothing access… and then go hunting for the RFE to enable seperate permissions in web start… think I’ll go looking for that now…

Thanks onyx, it took some effort to find the thread asking for the enhancement, and surprisingly zero votes… so I had to betray the communities need for faster math and vote this issue up… anyway, the RFE is located at http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6205526
The fact there is an entire security section that as far as I know can’t have anything in it except all-permissions kinda implies they knew they needed more than an all or nothing deal…
