Vehicular Fun

Hello there.

I would like to introduce you to the stress-ball of a game, Vehicular Fun. Made in 2 days with MERCury.



This game is made in [b]MERCury[/b], showing the best of all the engines features such as [i]lingering particle effects, easy to use shaders, simply made graphics, etc![/i]


This game is made for 2 (+1) things: - To simulate a FBPs* game: GTA5 - To be my personal stress ball - To demonstrate [b]MERCury[/b]


It so far is just a punch-em-up, with a retro feel (NOTICE DA FWIKKIN CRT SHADAH!) to it.

Controls:
- Move
- Punch (referred to in code as KAPOW)
- Lower kaPowr
- Raise kaPowr

seems to keep crashing after 35 seconds

You have some serious stability issues with Mercury.

After a minute, things started lagging and within 10 seconds, my computer was unresponsive.

It took 2 minutes, and a pkill -9 (which if you don’t know, is bad to use and is a last resort) to close it. >:(

You have some serious fixing to do.

Awesome! Sorry about the time I’m taking off, my family is crazy… but very cool that you made a game with MERCury!

@opiop64: Not using it would be a bad sign…
