I have some web start apps cluttering my program-list. I was able to uninstall about half of them, but the other ones just keep giving me an error when I try to uninstall them.
How do I remove those apps? I’m using Windows 7
Try the Java Control Panel to delete all temporary files (including applets and applications). That should clear it up.

I found that what causes the problem in the first place. But that might be fixed now.
I used a app which deleted broken uninstallers.
Otherwise could try reinstalling the webstart app and uninstalling again.
Thanks for your answers
Deleting the temporary files from the java control panel didn’t do anything, neither did it work by reinstalling them
Is it safe to manually delete the entries in my installed programs list?
yes
