I think they should have a tutor that starts out from very basic’s of programming. Allow people to use that tutorial as a starter, it should explain alot of concepts so on and so forth for beginners. For 2d and 3d Programming.
How would that be different from all the tutorials that already exist on 2d and 3d programming? Are we talking about tutorials that aim to have people writing games?
It would do no harm to at least link to the existing tutorials to get newcomers started.
There used to be links to some tutorials and good articles here (which I believe are still online somewhere here).

Yes Just for games, I wished I could write one, I can’t write a game. This tutor should explain things like why use blah because of blah. I’ve used many tutorials and its still hard for me :-/
