TripleA 0.6 released

TripleA 0.6 has been released.

TripleA is an open source clone of various axis and allies style games. It supports network and PBEM play.

If you are interested in helping, developers are needed. An AI, game server and better graphics are all things that need work.

No web start version yet, but its in the todo list. Some changes in the way games are loaded has to be done first.

Was loking what kind open source game there are around that sim a WW… no need to invent the wheel twice

I tried the latest version 0.7.5… nice work!

Game graphic is neat and isnt overdone, you still got the board game feeling… even managed to add the dices ;D
The readme file that comes allong with installtion is acctually informative and well structed(!!)

I’m glad you like the game Tangens.

For those who are interested, a new stable version of TripleA is out, 0.8.2.1,

There are a lot of improvements over 0.6.

One of the big improvements is that we now have a weak AI player. If you interested in writing an AI for axis and allies, the weak AI is a good example of how to integrate with the rest of the game.
