Things must be getting serious...

Space Ghost is gone… lets welcome ChrisM to the fray!

(do you think his typing is going to get better?)

Or Chris realized that “Space Ghost” is copyrighted

Actually, you can’t copyright names. That’s why there are heaps of songs with the same names.

And now you know… Markus ‘Foutain of Knowledge’ Persson ;D

But you can trademark them…

Yep, that that doesn’t prevent people from still using the term “windows” about the transparent panes of processed sand that is used to cover the holes in the sides of buildings.

(the odds of them being mistaken for the operating system are fairly low)

But we digress…

Or, perhaps the "SpaceTights"™ were a bit too tight…

Better to be recognized as me and not a copyr…someone else

Actually, I do think there are a special title protections in Sweden that have to do with copyright (only nitpicking because Markus is Swede  ).

Copyright does have the “independent discovery” clause though so you are only liable if you actively copy someone else, not just because you happen to give your game the same name as some song you never heard (or if you copy a work whose copyright has expired, like me naming my installation Nevermore after Poe’s The Raven, despite that Soundtrack of our Lives apparently has a song called Nevermore too).
