The page cannot be displayed

I cannot open https://games-binaries.dev.java.net/ and http://jogl.dev.java.net pages. Is there another mirror that i can download jogl?or do i need to login to somewhere for this?

Note that both of these use https as the protocol definition in the URL. Try using that. Normally these autoforward from the generic http to the secure version, so perhaps your browser is configured to not automatically obey redirects.

If you’ve got a firewall at home, check its configuration. HTTPS traffic requires you to have port 443 open for outbound connections. Normal HTTP on the other hand uses port 80.
