Has any1 managed to get the ‘forgotton your password’ thing to work?

  1. I get asked my email, I enter it.
  2. I then get asked the account ID, I enter it[i think i’ve got this correct :S].
  3. I then get asked the security question, I enter it.
  4. It then says

I then wait… and wait… and wait… but receive no email :-/

Consider yourself lucky… When they changed things around last year I made a typo entering my email address… and so I can’t get the password to correct it even if the email did go through :)… and basically it meant I had to abandon the ID I was using for years. Lame.

Yep, I have the same problem. Forgot the password, ‘reset’ it, and the mail with the new password went to void…
This sucks.

I actually found someone at Sun that took care of that problem for me. There was a feedback-form or something buried deep in an FAQ somewhere.
