The Cell - Ludum Dare 21 - 48 Hours

Much fun, I stopped playing eventually though. Think I beat most of the levels. As per usual with puzzle games I get bored - but you really have done well here. It’s awesome to have you in an LD. I also did one this time, but I want to edit up a post-compo version before I post it on JGO, as I had no time for balance so it’s obscenely difficult.

@Mickelukas - Why do I get the special treatment? I’m not even good at coming up with puzzles. :stuck_out_tongue:

The [ you ] “feature” is awesome :smiley: (Riven, you might consider removing it :P)

The best is when I say, hey ra4king, you’re a giant douche. Then you don’t know if I’m talking about “you” or actually talking about ra4king. In this case I am talking about ra4king, who is in fact not a giant douche, although [you] is.

Can’t pass even lv 3. should try hard. Btw it seems there’s small prob on key pressing. Sometime I just pressed for short time but the prisoner went straight to the end of wall.

@ReBirth Kev caches key events so that means while your holding down a key KeyEvents are continuously being cached until you let the key go. That’s what is causing all that extra movement. If you don’t want it to do that you can change it pretty easily since the source is packaged with the game.

Congrats! I was 290 :frowning: really bad but it is ok, my game has no audio and no theme relation, I don’t know how I made a score of 1.29 in audio and 2.0 in theme xD

I got 214, due to spending 20 minutes on level design and having a brutally impossible game. I’ll correct that next time. However, I got #1 in community! Apparently I am very communal, but bad at making games that are actually fun. :yawn:
