Followed link from a fairly recent item in an SF.net mailing list.
I know the Sun webmasters are a bit shoddy, but you would have thought they could at least maintain URL’s in-place (as the official standards request/require…there is, after all, a whole set of status codes just dedicated to saying “this page has moved” so there’s no excuse for deleting a URL 
).
(nb: I’m assuming the URL was - at one time - working, simply because it looks perfectly believable. I could be wrong!)
