Strategic Tetris

Dear all,

we have just created our first shareware game in LWJGL and would like your feedback.

Its a multiplayer Tetris where two players play on the same board at
the same time. It’s not just about being fast. You have to co-operate
and co-ordinate with your friend in order to go higher! Hitting each
others pieces makes them move and rotate so its not as easy as it may
sound!

There are also online highscore tables for the registered users where
they can compare themselves to other people from all over the world!

a) Get some proper hosting (currently i get a bunch of wrong cert messages etc)
b) Don’t call it tetris. The tetris corp will sue you to hell (even if the name ends with “tris”)
c) Screenshots should be full size
d) The index page should be that whats currently the games page (call your current index “news” or something and change the order of the top navi to something like: games, news, store, support, contact)
e) Why windows only?
f) Whats the difference to free versions (eg tetrinet)?
g) Download size is missing
h) Price tag is missing

Works flawlessly
Very slick presentation of a Tetris clone with a nice twist, well done!
As onyx pointed out, you might want to change the name. Also, the blocks itself looked a bit bland with only two colours and all. Maybe you could make them look a bit more attractive as the rest is already so slick.

Just click ‘buy full game’ and the price tag is there.

Aw, come on, stop whining

It switches to full screen, goes black and then politely exits with no message, stack trace or log file.

PS: Definetly change the name.
