Hi all,
I would like to create a cube that has rounded edges and rounded corners.
I managed to get the edges rounded by replacing the edge with a portion of a cylinder, but I can’t quite figure out how to model the corners?
Does anyone know of a way ro make a “rounded” corner at a vertex that is common to N polygons?
I could do it in any 3D modeling tool but I would like to be able to generate them on the fly with varing degree of smoothness, so I’m trying to figure out an algorithm that could generate the vertex needed for the corners… seems hard though.
