i’m working on an open source (LGPL v2) Java3D based flight simulator and would like to share the demo with you:

For Windows Vista & 7: in the test we’ve discovered that current version has troubles with “Program Files” folder restriction. Please try to install in personal folder.

The provider blocked the “high traffic file”, sorry for inconvenience :). Moved release package to sf.net

Hi!

Does it work on Linux? You provide only an .exe file.

There have been rendering problems with OpenGL, so the current release uses DirectX interface only and hence limited to the windows platform. The linux releases will be available also.

No there have problems in Java3D use of OpenGL which is not the same thing. Tons of programs use OpenGL in Java through JOGL (JogAmp) and LWJGL, it just works. Ok I will have a look at the Linux version when it is ready.
