Shipping with Javasound.dll

I understand that you can’t separate Javasound.dll from the rest of the JRE (for a smaller download).

  1. Does the IBM version fall under the same restriction?

  2. Will this change any time soon?

  3. Is there an open source version that could be deployed by itself?
