Sharp TM-100, API extensions?

Anybody know what API extensions the Sharp TM-100 has?

It appears to be just a plain midp1.0 device, which for a device that is less than 12 months old seems incredibly backwards ???

Its a t-mobile phone =)
Infact, just putting the VSCL lines in the jad/manifest cause the app. to terminate on initialisation :o
