RSS feeds for JGO still broken since October 2015

I have no time to investigate this. The main problem is that during PHP-script execution, the PHP executable is terminated. Hard to debug without spending quite a bit of time on it.

Apparently 1 complaint in that time…

Simple fix: remove unused feature.

Is RSS still a thing? I don’t think I’ve ever met a single person who uses it, and I meet a lot of people.

RSS great!!! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I use it quite a bit and… Um… I follow JGO by RSS and it seems to be working. It looks like I might be one of the only ones doing this.

I use Inoreader and pointing it to “http://www.java-gaming.org/” finds a working RSS feed.

Proof:

Now the XML address above doesn’t resolve, but whatever Inoreader is picking up there indeed is a working RSS feed. I’d never check JGO without it!

I use RSS (via Inoreader too) to follow people that have interesting blogs, but are really annoying on Twitter.

One more for the RSS reader team! I use feedly and use it for webcomics, certain forum sites, and lots of blogs. Easy to read in one place and easy to track everything across multiple devices
