As you all know JGO relies on ads to pay the hosting bills. We use ad-networks for this, like Project Wonderful and Google Adsense. As you may remember the ads from Google Adsense were often inappropriate, so in the end I decided to let Adsense go, eventhough they brought in significantly more pennies/day than Project Wonderful could ever manage.
Having said that, JGO only allows ads categorized as ‘safe for work’. Project Wonderful does check most ads, but sometimes an insidious advertiser will sneak in rather inappropriate content.
If you feel I should step in and block an ad, please make a screenshot of the ad and post it in this thread, and I’ll take care of it ASAP.
