Where did you find “democracy” in germany? We elect our dictator every 4 years (ok, sometimes earlier).

The media corruption in general is a worldwide problem. People seem to believe more what they saw on tv than what they saw with their own eyes…
I don’t like Bild too, but there were other medias to worry about. One of my dislikes is “Media Market’s - I’m not dump” slogan/campaign. I hate it!

I guess being concerned about something makes you more attented to situations that may need your attention.

hmm, yeah… but someone has to do the dirty work and become chancellor. Granted, I could think of somebody more dedicated but it could be worse all in all (my bigger concern is our sectretery of interior on the federal level and his buddies on the state level… and all the Nazis roaming around without wearing neither handcuffs nor muzzles…)

True… this is one pretty stupid. But I find the “geiz is geil” campaign worse. I tried to translate it, but it is so awful that I dont know which English word embraces “geil” best… horny, randy, etc. are perhaps the closest translation although it makes not much sense… maybe literally: “stinginess is obscenely sexy” :-\
