The only option you have if the loader only supports file access would be extract the file from the jar file at runtime into a temporary file and load it from there.

Thanks for your input. I am still trying JFileChooser. Might finish it tonight. If anything will load models through batch file and forget about web start heheh. Thats what happens when you are a n[--][--]b
