Doesn’t this site have some rules for banning people like this? You guys seem to be extremely lax on things like first-post- advertisers, double-posters, trolls, etc.

CMFD is correct, this is being addressed. In fact, i am working on the new board layout and data migration on this very system. We hope to have the new forums turned on before the christmas break and lots of help moding the boards.
