Hope you’ve got the commitment to finish it.

Yeah. That is always the rub but I did not take the decision lightly.

I have started coding and it does not seem to be too bad.

and may the forces be with you !

I hope Jeff doesn’t take it too bad, that you’ve started this thread yourself

I’m going to develop on this project :), so
+1 from me, too

I’ll manage my time to contribute.

I most certainly would use that.

I can be your PR guy if you want

… nice project a nice name, too.

A pure java phisic engine is a must if we really want java games to make their place.

…?

Just make sure you add rolling friction to this implementation. :-p That’s my biggest frustration about ODE.

Im fine that you started your own thread. Frankly with my over-load at the moment and thus irregular proejct maintainenece it would be really scummy of me to object/

And I see you are approved already, good show!

If you havent yet, you need to actually create a project so I can activate it.

Jeff

we are using sourceforge for now

mmh - yes it’s approved on java.net - nice
so do we want to switch to java.net now? Or do we want to stay at sourceforge?

Sorry it took so long. Do whatever works best for you. Or use both. You could always have a web page in your project here that points to your sourceforge repository.

JK

Ahhh thats great Jeff. We plan to switch over to java.net I think. All our damn packages are written that way anyway. Maybe not till after Chrimbo sometime, but sometime.

Cheers

Tom
