In future, maybe you can try to compile the problem-maker class first before compile entire project.
ich hab das Problem manchmal auch, ich glaube es tritt hauptsächlich auf wenn man mit f6 startet während unten noch scanning projects steht oder wenn man eine Klassennamen ändert.
Lösung: einfach clean & build machen 
sometimes i also have this problem, i think it mainly occurs when you execute your code while its still scanning projects or if you change one of your classes’ names.
