Hey hey. I was creating the same thing. If you ever need pokemon assets, there is this pokemon game pack that you can find that I think is targeted around emerald scenes, but it has all the pokemon and sound and good stuff you need. I don’t remember right off what it was called.

Okay I spent like 5 minutes looking at where I found it. It is assets from RPG Maker.

Its called pokemon essentials and it is well documented. You won’t be using RPG Maker. What you need to do is open the file with a 3rd party program and rip all the files out of it… or so it goes. Maybe you could get rpg maker and extract it. I don’t remember.
