I’ve updated the JInput chapter at the Killer Game Programming in Java website (http://fivedots.coe.psu.ac.th/~ad/jg/).
It’s chapter 28.9, “Building a Game Pad Controller with JInput”, located in the “Non-standard Input Devices” section near the bottom of the page.
In the next few weeks, it’ll be joined by a new chapter explaining a longer Java 3D example using a game pad for navigation.
