Nvidia Stereoscopic Vision and JOGL

Hey all,

I’m currently working on a project implemented using the javax.media.opengl libraries (which I assume are JOGL?) and would like to implement support for nvidia’s stereoscopic vision. I know I could manually program in stereo vision support (alternating view points each frame), but the shutter glasses require intervention from nvidia’s drivers to activate.
Passing a GLCapabilities with stereo enabled to GLCanvas doesn’t seem to have any effect.

You need to write to the left & right back buffer. Also make sure your graphics card supports active stereo. Now, you don’t provide a code sample, so it’s impossible for me to help you more…
