Not A Game!

ROTMG!!!
is awesome. Takes a lot of skill to dodge and whatnot, but also cooperation sometimes. I used to play, but I quit 'cause it was sucking up too much of my time.

I quit because I died on my good character.

Sure, it’s completely valid to say that playing an MMO feels like a repetitive waste of time. Other people feel that first/third-person-shooters just boil down to dragging a cursor over enemies. Or, ultimately, any game is just a pointless waste of time with no real productive purpose or outcome. Consuming movies and music often doesn’t have a clear productive purpose either.

Enjoy them while you can and when the magic fades, just move on, don’t wring your hands about why it isn’t fun.

In the past, playing an MMORPG had a certain mellow, relaxing quality to it. It was easy, pleasant, fun. I could daydream about my life or talk to my girlfiend and play the game as almost a background task. I haven’t played in many months, because of other life pressures, but I really haven’t played any games or even watched movies

I quit because I always died for every class.

er you’re meant do die often in ROTMG. That’s why it’s so very level-capped. Less investment in one boring character. Diversify! Try new stuff.
