Thats probably because it isn’t determined from logged-in time but rather post-count.
I think you need 500 to be a ninja.

The highest level should be “Programmer”.

Only one can never achieve that by any number of post counts 
Just added ‘JGO Strike Force’ at 1000, but I’m all for adding a bunch of levels. Throw out suggestions w/their post counts.
