hadnt known that there is a newsticker :x
i just enabled js (for this page) cuz i wanted to test the chat thingy - therefore i was able to c the newsticker the first time.
hadnt known (or guessed) that there is such a thingy.
just make it readable w/o js enabled and everyone is able to read it :]
