Need Help remembering a game

Hello Games,

A few or more years back I played a game online. The point of this game was to create tv series using characters, and multiple plots and then a sence was made. You then had to place it in a time slot and see how well it did. You drew like 5 cards and made it from that. I have searched that web until I thought I was crazy and made the game up myself, but called several gaming stores in my area and some of the people I talked to remembered the game idea, but didn't remember the producer of the game. Can anyone help me find out anything about this mystery game that I enjoyed so long ago?
Some of the scenes I remember were like My Two Dads and a Pizza Joint. Starring Ted Denza and Kevin Cosner. They own a pizza joint in Ohio. In this goofy comedy you will see how 2 dads run there pizza joint while being fathers to a kids that gets in loads of trouble, premiers tonight on FBS at 7pm on Thursday.

This was a sample of how it may have played out. Help me find this game please.

The name of that game was PrimeTime Pitch and was developed by Jellyvision and published at Pogo.Com.

“Most impressive. The flashback is strong in this one”

Thanks Chris M, that is most impressive concidering that you remembered the name and maker of this game!! I owe you one. I have so missed playing this game. I played it when I was in the hospital some time back and for the life of me I couldn’t remember or find the game! Again Thanks!!!

No problem! To be fair, I actually sat in on a few design sessions with JellyVision (they used Java a LOT) so it’s not quite just from playing games

Chris,

I went to check on the game and ran into a small glitch in wanting to play this game that I haven't been able to find in awhile. They have discontinued production of the game, how can I go about getting old copies? Is their any way possible?

ebay?

Dan.

Unfortunately, there is no way to play as it was an online/hosted game only. Unless Jellyvision host the game again, I’m afraid you are out of luck :frowning:

-Chris

Jellyvision can’t host it. It was built to run on Pogo’s(old) site alone. When they updated their site/UI, Primetime Pitch was doomed.

However, you can play with the heads and backgrounds at http://www.axlepeg.com/headcheck.htm
