Animation Engineer
We are looking for an individual to work on AAA games for the 360, PS3 and PC. Working closely with the development team, you will work with an established and high-selling franchise to create animation systems. Although experience with animation is highly preferred, we are interested in candidates with all levels of experience!
Responsibilities
Design, implement and debug animation systems for next generation console games
Communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, artists and designers
Optimize animation systems for speed and maximizing volume of content
Facilitate the interaction between the player, AI, Physics and Animation
Coordinate closely with leads and animation artists
Implement tools that allow artists and designers to visualize and work with animation assets
Document and support the animation pipeline
Requirements
A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Strong C++ programming experience
Ability to work effectively with deadlines
Ability to work with designers and artists to collect feature requirements
Strong communication skills
Preferred Prior game development experience
Strong understanding of software engineering principles
Excellent object-oriented design and analysis skills
Strong 3D math knowledge
Experience or strong knowledge of animation techniques (for example motion capture, facial morphing, procedural and inverse kinematics)
Knowledge of animation compression and optimization techniques (for example quaternions, keyframe reduction, LODs and compression algorithms)
A passion for making great video games!

GUI Programmer
We are looking for an experienced GUI programmer to help enhance our world class tools. The person in this role will work closely with engine programmers and artists as we build the content pipeline for Unreal Engine 3 and beyond.
Qualifications:
Strong C++
Excellent math and/or physics skills
Demonstrated experience in GUI/tools development
Demonstrated interest in games
Preference to applicants with:
MFC or other C++ GUI framework experience
Human factor experience
wxWindows experience
Cross-platform GUI development
BS (or higher) in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.
Gameplay Programmer

We currently have openings for general game play, AI, and physics simulation (vehicles). Our gameplay programmers have an intrinsic understanding of what makes a game fun and the analytical mind to break that down into its constituent parts. They experiment with game design using rapid prototyping, yet have the engineering background to make strong architectural and algorithmic decisions.
