I’d like to see “recent posts” (currently at bottom) moved to the top, so i don’t have to scroll down every time to check for new posts.

Just use the 3 links in the header, instead of the listing on the homepage.
You use the “recent posts” list?!? Hot damn you’ve been missing out on A LOT of threads 
Just use “Show unread posts since epoch”
