Mobile UNO game

If I want to produce a card game just like UNO, does it better for me to pass the cards into several “Sprites” and set different functions for each cards?
Or do you have any good suggestions for me to develop this game?

all depends on the size of the device targetting… but probably a base card, and lots of card symbols.

common color phone is probably the Nokia series 40.
This means 64kB jar, 20kB RMS, ~200 kB heap, no sockets, midp 1.0, 12896 - 12bit colors (128128 with Nokia UI)
