MiniRailCraft WIP- For fun

I while ago I started this project for fun. Based on Nothces minitale game he made for Ludum Dare. I have rebuit the game from scratch to develop my programming but studing Notch’s code. I have changed the renderer to full colour which meant a lot of extra graphics, and work on the tileset. I changed many things not show here - but one thing I added was Rails, power rails and minecarts.

If people are interested I can upload more video’s and shot’s of the work in progress, and maybe ill do some more work on the code and share it.

Cool to see Notch’s MiniCraft help other people learn. I learned so much about rendering pixels from him.

Pretty nifty! I ought to take a poke again sometime at the scala port I did of Minicraft (called it “Manic Rift”). It’s still not very idiomatic scala at all :stuck_out_tongue:
