Hi All,

For the Mario contest I have submitted TROM to the contest pages:

Could you please take the time and write me a little message about
your Operating System and Browser version? The code is from a Beta project and
I am wondering how many systems can run this code?
So far I have been testing on Windows XP with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape Communicator
and also on Solaris for Intel and Solaris for Sparc… Calling all Mac users :slight_smile:

My teammember was asking me for a level editor for Mazeland Version 2
and I thought it would be a nice oportunity to reskin the program
after the Mario contest entry. So I focused on a game with a built-in editor.

You may use the code but I must warn you that I’m no way near a
good programmer! Trial and (mostly) error is what I do.

I could not load the game… my browser indicates that “www.eertetijd.nl” does not exist

It is www.eerstetijd.nl (you missed an s) , but I checked the pages on unlimited.woogley.net and could not find a bad reference. Where did you click/find this bad URL?

FYI: Applet works nicely on Mandriva Linux 2006, Firefox, Java 1.5.

Appears to work on OS X (10.4.7) PPC w. Safari

A bit hard to control, as Mario doesn’t always line up the way I expect and then he snaps to the grid when I change direction.

Thanks for the OS info!

The previous comments made me rework on the environment and I will try to move mario a bit so that it is
a better to see what the alignment is.
Maybe even enlarging moving the tubes…

Again thanks for the OS.
Glad that it appears to work on all targetted platforms so I know that the ‘engine’ seems to work.
