libgdx with intelliJ base project

http://code.google.com/p/libgdx/wiki/IntelliJIDEALibgdx
At the above site, I created the stock code for all future code with libgdx. It works fine for the desktop but when I run the Android part, on both the virtual device and my Kindle Fire, the program stops running before it shows anything. Debugging shows no errors either. The message I get inside both my Kindle and Virtual Device is this:

“Unfortunately, MyLibgdxGame has stopped.”

Also, here is the output from intelliJ:

//=========================

I’m stumped. ???

I have run many Android projects before so I know the Android SDK works fine with intelliJ. Libgdx is the answer for all my future projects, so I have to get this base code working as I can’t stand Eclipse. I’ve tried for years to like it but we just don’t get along. ;D
