Libgdx HTML problem

I’m trying to port my game to Libgdx and run on HTML, however even in super dev mode mode with 1 single rectangle rotating I get stuttering. I thought maybe I should try to compile the project to HTML and put it on an actual web. When I did that, the web doesn’t load Libgdx thingy.

I’m thinking this could be a problem with the host since it is free. ( 000webhost )

Also, for some reason there is super dev refresh even though I didn’t select to compile in super dev mode. Any ideas?
