[LibGDX] Controller not Working on Steam

I have a game that i’m planning to put on Steam, i have already set up all the depots and stuff, i can go to my library on Steam and click “Play”, but when the game starts, the controllers don’t work, even tho if i run the game directly from the EXE in “steamapps” folder, and literally anywhere else, the controllers works normally ://

On the partner.steamgames page i have already configured the controller so it shows “parcial controller support” and checked de XBox and Generic controllers on “Third party controller support” on the Steamworks configuration.

Does anybody has been through something like that? Whats the thing with how steam launches the game?

I have seen in some places that the Overlay could be causing this, but this is not my case, because, as i said before, if i run the EXE from steamapps folder, (even with the overlay on) the controllers works just fine

Could it be something to do with the Launcher options? I have already set it up, but i havent seen any field with controller configuration :confused:
